These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Lead Flow, a service operated by PinnacleGrowthPro Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Lead Flow, you agree to these Terms.
Lead Flow helps home-service contractors ("you," "your business") capture, respond to, and follow up with customer leads via automated text messaging, missed-call detection, and a dashboard for managing those leads.
You must provide accurate business information when setting up your account, and keep it up to date. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Lead Flow sends text messages to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to message each customer under applicable law (including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and, where applicable, U.S. TCPA rules), and for the accuracy of any business information (hours, pricing, policies) that Lead Flow uses to generate automated replies. We provide tools to support compliance (opt-out handling, consent tracking, quiet-hours scheduling), but ultimate responsibility for your communications with your own customers rests with you.
Lead Flow is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing, trial, and cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to use Lead Flow to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business communication with your own customers.
We aim to keep Lead Flow available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Lead Flow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinnacleGrowthPro Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lead Flow, including lost business or missed messages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time (see our Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lead Flow after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
