Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Lead Flow (operated by PinnacleGrowthPro Inc.) collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use this information to operate the service: routing and responding to your leads, scheduling follow-ups, processing your subscription, sending you push notifications about leads and billing, and improving the service.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to operate Lead Flow, each processing only the data needed for their role: Twilio (sending/receiving text messages and calls), Stripe (billing and payment processing), Supabase (account authentication), OneSignal (push notifications), and Railway (server hosting). We don't sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Data retention

Lead and message records are automatically deleted 6 months after creation. Your account and business settings are retained for as long as your account is active.

Your choices

You can update or correct your business information at any time in Business Settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at support.leadflow@gmail.com or via the Feedback option in Business Settings.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, provider-managed authentication) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Lead Flow is a business tool intended for contractors and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Lead Flow after an update means you accept the revised policy.
